The Committee consists of: (a) A Chair, (b) A Secretary, (c) A Treasurer (d) A Public Relations Officer and (e) Ordinary Committee Members. For details see below.

Acting Co-ordinator: Paul Clarke
All Committee Members will:
(i) help decide the direction of the club.
The Chair will preside at all meetings at which s/he is present.
The Secretary will be responsible for:
(i) keeping the minutes of all meetings of the club.
(ii) ensuring that all correspondence is correctly handled.
(iii) maintaining a master roll of members and honorary members.
(iv) keeping members up-to-date with current activities
(v) organising help parties to advise on, and install new equipment
(vi) maintain the website.
The Treasurer, who will be responsible for:
(i) keeping the Club’s accounts.
(ii) advising the Committee on all financial matters.
(iii) preparing the accounts for audit and presenting them at the AGM.
The Public Relations Officer, who will be responsible for:
(i) making contacts with other local public/voluntary sector
organisations that might be interested in joining the club.
(ii) co-ordinating promotional activities.
The Ordinary Committee Members will be responsible for:
(i) helping members of the club to become operational.
