Paul,

I have spoken on the phone to Alan Wiseman (tel: 01462 4534020), 
who is (in effect) "Chairman" of our Club.
He confirms my view that it is not for us to say whether or not 
you could use our stand at the fair to promote your club, 
but that the decision must lie with Robert, 
who runs Prestige Events Computer Fairs and to whom we are beholden 
for special treatment. 
He will be there on the day, and you could talk to him then. 
Alan may be there in the morning, and I may take over from him later.
