I am sorry I have not been able to respond to you before now. 
I am afraid this area of activity is not one that I have any 
expertise or familiarity with. 
I am in fact leaving the Council and I have had many other 
issues to deal with in the last few weeks.

I have sought views from our Planning Dept. It is their view 
that your proposal would not probably require planning permission 
providing the mast is not more than 15m high but due to public 
concerns over health issues research should be undertaken into 
the method of operation of the system.

The Council would need to be convinced of the benefits of the scheme.
