As it is the first meeting of this group, I think that the purposes of this meeting are (a) to see who is willing to take on committee positions, (b) to draft constitutional documents that are required for funding applications, bank accounts, etc. [Please be ready to comment on the draft documents enclosed] and (c) make other actions or decisions in preparation for putting proposals to a general meeting of members.
