I am investigating the possibility of
Very Fast Very Cheap Internet and Local Area Networking.
E.G. 80 to 100 times faster than 56K and about the same 
cost.

At present I am doing a feasibility check that
requires the locations of potential users.
At this time there is NO commitment or money
involved.
