Report on a Meeting at L&D Hospital Radio

I spoke to Glyn Davies who showed me round the two studios
and the other facilities.

As well as FM equipment, they also have a digital
system that plays continuously overnight and at
other times when the station is not manned.

This gives a non-stop service throughout the hospital.
They were interested to be able to broadcast further
afield and seemed interested in the possiblity of
using the LanDclub network.

I will definitely be back to see if/how they could
provide a radio feed to the net.

The network may also be able to feed local information
to them.
