Meeting with Andrew Lee, Luton University IT Dept. 5Jan01

While Andrew was generally in support of the project,
provision at the University already covered most of
what we expect to provide.

There were security reasons that we could not join the
Luton University Network.

There were strict conditions that prevent us having
access to Janet (Joint Universities Network).

He offered the use of a high rooftop for a radio
transmitter.

He offered to send details of the club to his 
colleagues at the University if I sent him a 
suitable E-mail for this purpose.

He suggested that we approach the Luton Council who
have a high speed network under development.
