Hi Here's a brief progress report from the L&D Community Network (which is part of Consume). Membership ---------- In the last couple of months, we have gained 4 new members in the L&D area and had about the same number of additional enquiries. We have had two enquiries from potential volunteers to help us under the volunteer scheme (in connection with Luton Lives). Meetings -------- 23 Aug 01 We gave a demonstration of the network at 33 Arts Centre in Luton. We plan to have a general meeting soon in Luton - let us know if you would like to attend and preferred day of week and time (e.g. in the evening or at a week end?) so that we can get an idea of numbers.
