1) Council(s) to state their requirements.
2) LanDclub to meet them.

Actions taken for 1)
We have written to both Luton Borough Council and to South Beds District Council (re Dunstable), 2 Jan 01.

Actions taken for 2)

Luton Borough Council Planning Dept have stated the single following requirement which is about antennae:
"your proposal would not probably require planning permission providing the mast is not more than 15m high."
All members should take note of this.
The council also pointed out that if there are objections to the antenna (e.g. by neighbours) the council would have to review that situation.

For South Beds District Council (re Dunstable) we are still awaiting a reply. No further action will be taken until we get a reply.
